ALVYNN is licensed iGaming Operator (Casino & Sportsbook) that operates under the laws of Anjouan.
• Operator Website: The online casino and sportsbook operated via the Turbo Platform, including all associated domains and authorized mirrors.
• Affiliate Account: The account created and maintained by the Affiliate within the Program’s system for tracking, reporting, and payment purposes.
• Referred Player: A new player who registers through the Affiliate’s tracking link and meets the qualification criteria defined by the Operator.
• Qualified Player: A player who registers, makes a first deposit of at least 10 EUR, and meets the wagering requirements..
• Net Gaming Revenue (NGR): The sum of all bets by Referred Players minus winnings, bonuses, administrative fees, taxes, and third-party costs. NGR may be adjusted for any fraudulent or invalid activity.
• Commission: The amount payable to the Affiliate based on the agreed model (RevShare, CPA, or Hybrid) and the NGR generated by Qualified Players.
• Fraud Traffic: Any activity, transaction, or registration carried out in bad faith, including bots, self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation of tracking systems.
• Confidential Information: All non-public information relating to the Operator’s business, platform, technology, or partners, disclosed to the Affiliate in any form.
2.1. Participation is subject to Operator’s approval. The Operator may reject any application at its sole discretion.
2.2. Operator may perform ongoing compliance and due diligence checks throughout the term of this Agreement.
2.3. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version shall always be the version published on the official website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
The Program supports the following commission structures: RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, and Custom models. Details of commissions models are discussed individually with partners.
Negative Carryover: If enabled, any negative balance caused by player winnings will roll over to the next period and must be offset before commission payout.
All commissions are subject to validation and quality review. Hold period: hold period is discussed individually with partners. Operator may extend the hold indefinitely for high-risk or non-compliant activity.
6.1. Tracking is based on Operator’s internal data, which is final and binding.
6.2. Dashboard data is for reference only; final calculation is based on internal reports.
7.1. Payouts occur: monthly, unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Minimum payout threshold: 100 USD.
7.3. Payment methods: USDT, Crypto, other.
7.4. Operator may deny payment for duplicate, self-referred, or previously registered players.
Affiliate is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees arising from received payments.
9.1. Brand Bidding Prohibition (Hard Clause): Affiliate is strictly prohibited from bidding on search keywords containing the Operator’s brand, domains, trademarks, or variations thereof. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
9.2. Domain Usage: Affiliate shall not register domains confusingly similar to Operator’s domains.
9.3. APK Files: Provided files may not be altered, reverse-engineered, or distributed without prior written consent.
Prohibited traffic includes incentivized traffic, restricted GEOs, brand bidding, illegal advertising, cloaked redirects, and self-referrals. Affiliate is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of its own marketing activities in each target market.
Affiliate must provide, upon reasonable request, sufficient information about traffic sources for compliance verification.
12.1. Fraud Traffic includes, but is not limited to:
(a) the use of any automated, artificial, or deceptive means to generate clicks or registrations, including bots, scripts, or fake accounts;
(b) bonus abuse, multiple registrations by the same individual or household, or manipulation of affiliate tracking links;
(c) self-referrals, collusion with referred players, or chargeback-driven deposits;
(d) promotion through spam, misleading claims, or unapproved content;and
(e) any other activity performed in bad faith that artificially inflates traffic, deposits, or commissions.
12.2. In the event of Fraud Traffic, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, freeze the Affiliate’s account, withhold or reverse commissions, terminate cooperation, and offset any resulting losses against the Affiliate’s balance.
12.3. The Operator’s decision regarding the identification of Fraud Traffic shall be final and binding.
If an Affiliate fails to generate agreed amount of Qualified Players within agreed period of time, the Operator may:
1) Demote the Affiliate’s commission tier; or
2) Terminate the Agreement and zero out pending balances.
Affiliate warrants that it:
(a) Possesses all necessary rights and permissions for marketing activities;
(b) Will not target jurisdictions where gambling promotion is prohibited;
(c) Will comply with all advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy regulations.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and penalties) arising out of or related to:
(a) any breach of this Agreement by the Affiliate;
(b) any claim, penalty, or demand arising from the Affiliate’s promotional activities, including, but not limited to, claims related to illegal gambling advertising, intellectual property rights, or data protection laws in the target jurisdictions; and
(c) any third-party claims arising from the Affiliate’s advertisements, representations, or content distribution.
The Operator shall have the right to offset any such amounts due against commissions payable to the Affiliate.
All brand materials remain the exclusive property of the Operator.
Affiliate receives a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved marketing assets.
No implied licenses are granted under this Agreement.
Affiliate shall keep all information related to the Operator, Program, and business operations strictly confidential and not disclose it without written consent.
Affiliate acts as an independent controller for any personal data processed and shall comply with GDPR (where applicable) and other privacy laws.
The Operator’s total liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total amount of commissions paid to the Affiliate during the last completed reporting period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Operator shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Operator may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect in cases of breach, fraud, or reputational damage.
Upon termination, all rights granted to the Affiliate under this Agreement shall immediately cease, and the Affiliate shall remove all promotional materials relating to the Operator.
Outstanding balances are subject to full fraud and compliance review before final settlement.
Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including network failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Anjouan.
Any dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Cyprus, conducted in English, under confidential proceedings.
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of all changes.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.
In case of any translation inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
